Waves '26 is Make's annual flagship event. Two days bringing together the people actually doing this work: operations leaders, IT directors, technical decision-makers, and the teams building the future of automation. Keynotes, hands-on sessions, product announcements and networking, on one question – how does AI and agentic automation get built, adopted and scaled in the real world? This year, for the first time, Waves comes to Prague, home to Make HQ.

Tuesday 20 October 2026 is the main conference day. Doors open at 08:30 CEST and the keynote starts at 10:00. The Make party runs into the evening. Optional programmes take place on Monday 19 October – The Current, Partners day, and Happy hour.

Up to 750 attendees across both days, including speakers, sponsors and staff. Waves '25 in Munich brought together 700+ attendees from 45+ countries.

Yes – the agenda is live and we're adding sessions as they're confirmed, rather than holding everything back for one announcement. Registered attendees get notified as speakers and sessions go up.

No livestream is planned. The only way to get the full event – all sessions, the networking, the live experiences – is to be there.

Yes, selected sessions will be recorded and made available to ticket holders after the event.

No – dress however you're comfortable. It's a large event across multiple venues, so comfortable shoes are worth it.

Yes, Waves '26 is a paid ticketed event. This lets us forecast attendance, venue capacity, catering and staffing accurately. A limited number of complimentary tickets are available to students, educators, and NGOs we already partner with. Contact us to find out more.

Flash Super Early Bird: €199 (sold out). Super Early Bird: €229 (sold out). Early Bird: €289 (July – August). General Admission: €349 (September – October). Last Minute: €399 (final two weeks). Prices increase at each phase, so book early to lock in the best rate. The Current and Happy hour are separate paid add-ons. Dates subject to change.

Yes. You won't be admitted without registering in advance.

No. Both are optional add-ons bought separately. A Current ticket includes Happy hour. Happy hour can be bought on its own by anyone, including main-day-only ticket holders.

You'll get a QR code by email once you've registered. Present it at the registration desk to collect your badge.

Once we're sold out, tickets are no longer available. We may run a waitlist depending on demand – if a place opens up, tickets go out in the order people joined, with notification by email. Waves has sold out every previous year, so book early.

Email make-events@make.com with your ticket number and the full name of the ticket holder. Transferring your ticket to someone else is usually the better option, and you can do it yourself via the 'Modify Registration' link in your confirmation email.

Send cancellation requests to make-events@make.com with your ticket number and full name. Until 31 July 2026 – full refund. Until 31 August 2026 – 50% refund. After 31 August 2026 – no refund. Ticket transfers are always available via the 'Modify Registration' link, at any point before the event.

Doors open at 08:30 CEST on Tuesday 20 October. Arrive as close to that as you can – the keynote with the newest product updates starts at 10:00, and there's breakfast, networking and activities from the moment doors open. Doors stay open for latecomers until 16:00.

There may be a short queue at registration during peak arrival times. We'll keep it moving.

Yes. Arrive any time before 16:00 and leave when you like – sessions and activities run throughout the day. Registration closes at 16:00 and isn't available during the Make party, so register on-site at Cubex Centrum Praha before then.

Your registration confirmation (QR code) and government-issued photo ID. Bring your laptop and charger if you want to take part in hands-on sessions.

Make staff are on hand throughout the day in Make t-shirts. Ask them anything.

Cubex Centrum Praha is well connected by public transport. Metro line C to Pankrác is a two-minute walk; trams 6, 7, 18 and 24 stop at Pankrác. The venue page has the full detail.

Limited paid parking is available next to the venue. We encourage public transport – Prague's metro runs directly to it.

Keynotes, panel discussions, live demos, hands-on workshops, and 1:1 sessions with Make experts, across three stages, The Playground, and Meet the Makers. Four tracks on the main day: the product, real use cases and what they changed, adoption and governance, and where all of it goes next.

Yes – breakfast, morning snacks, lunch and dinner throughout the main conference day. Refreshments and snacks at the Make party.

Yes, throughout the event. Footage and images are used to promote Make and our events. Take your own photos too – just avoid flash during sessions. Share them with #MakeWaves26.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. If you're planning to film or interview other attendees for your own distribution, email make-events@make.com about media accreditation first, so the right consent and permissions are in place for everyone in the room.

No outside food or drink, with the exception of water. Make provides catering throughout the day. Note any dietary requirements during registration.

Yes. Make reserves the right to search bags as a condition of entry.

Yes, there's a coat check at the venue.

A dedicated deep-dive learning day for Makers who want to build, not just listen. Make experts guide you through hands-on sessions, power-user practices, and real AI automation problems. Laptops open, more workshop than talk. You leave having built something rather than noted something down.

The Current suits you if you've completed the Intermediate level of Make Academy and are working toward Advanced, or have equivalent experience with APIs, webhooks and AI integration.

Monday 19 October 2026 at Cubex Centrum Praha, the same venue as the main day. Registration opens at 12:00 CEST, sessions run 13:00 – 17:00, followed by Happy hour from 18:00 – 20:00.

Yes, and it's live. The day covers advanced Make workflows, AI agents and automation practices, with a shared hands-on foundation before splitting into separate tracks by experience level. Sessions get added as they're confirmed.
